Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Volunteers willing to participate and are available throughout the study. 2.Posses a mobile phone with internet facility.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Physical or mental disability 2. Already having flossing habit 3. Having long span bridge more than 3 unit 4. no orthodontic fixed appliances 5. using any medication that affects gingivitis and plaque Phenytoin, cyclosporine, calcium channel blockers 6. adverse habits like smoking and tobacco chewing 7. wide embraseor spacing 8. severe crowding
