Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients with cervical spondylosis with either of neck pain restricted movements and radiating pain to upper limb

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Traumatic neck conditions 2.Pathological neck disorders other than cervical spondylosis 3.Uncontrolled diabetes mallitus 4.Suspected immuno-compromised patients 5.Pregnancy

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome in subjective criteria for pain NRS scale 0 to 10 and for objective criteria Cervical range motion with goniometry Timepoint: Outcome will be estimated on 7th day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To study literature of Agnikarma,Vedhanakarma and Cervival spondylosis. 2.To find out painful neck disorder as per Ayurveda science resembling cervical spondylosis.Timepoint: 18 Months
