Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Isolated teeth in the posterior maxilla which is indicated for extraction, due to poor restorative prognosis or poor endodontic prognosis or periodontal prognosis 2.Presence of sufficient residual bone for primary stability of implant and for placement of implant of minimum 10mm length 3.The participant must be more than 18 years of age and lesser than 65 years. 4.Patients who are systemically healthy; with no disease that will have a bearing on the outcome of the surgical intervention. 5.Current smoker will not be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with uncontrolled systemic disease or drugs that contraindicates periodontal surgery. 2.Pregnant and lactating women. 3.Participants must not have previous implant treatment or bone grafting in the targeted site. 4.Sites with 5.Patients who require an external sinus lift procedure for placement of implants
