Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 18 2. Either gender 3. Patients with pain and/or dysfunction of the shoulder affecting the musculoskeletal system undergoing conservative or surgical management. 4. Ability to read and fluent in Kannada

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with neurological disorders and systemic or neoplastic pain will be excluded. Also participants with cognitive impairments will also excluded
