Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between the age group of 20â??60 years and all gender Patients with Body Mass Index >= 25 to Patients who will give consent and are able to do follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 20 and above 60 years Patients having BMI 29.9 kg/m2 Patient with hypothyroidism, systemic illness, psychiatric disorder malignancy etc. Use of drugs or supplements known to significantly affect body weight within the past 3 months. History of bariatric surgery or abdominal adhesion after surgery. Pregnant and lactating women
