Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having Hb% more than 10 gm% Patient having Mild to Moderate grade in shoulder movements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having uncontrolled diabetes mellitus 2.Immune- compromised patients 3.Malignancy 4.Previous shoulders surgeries, fracture and dislocation. 5.Uncontrolled systemic diseases like disseminated intravascular coagulation disorder. 6.Sickle cell disease 7.Hypertension 8.Tuberculosis 9.Chronic infectious diseases 10.Patient having severe grade in shoulder movements. 11.Osteoporosis 12.Hb% less than 10 gm %
