Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with informed consent. 2.Patients with clinical presentation of varicose vein. 3.Primary varicose vein confined to lower extremities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Varicosities with complications like spectacular hemorrhage, DVT, venous ulcer etc. 2.Those patients who are contra indicated for the procedure of blood letting. 3. Patients having life style disorders like HTN, DM, dyslipidemia etc. 4.Varicosities in sites other than lower extremities
