Intervention1: Cognitive and functional rehabilitation: Occupational therapy interventions for cognitive and functional rehabilitation using quadraphonic approach for the duration of 8 weeks. Control

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary diffuse glioma 2. 3 months- 12 months post-surgery and/or receiving radiation therapy or completed radiation therapy and/or receiving chemotherapy or completed chemotherapy 3. Patient with intact orientation and coherent speech having affectations in attention, memory and executive function. 4. Patient with Addenbrookeââ?¬•s Cognitive Examination (ACE) scores 5. Willing for follow-up for eight weeks in Occupational therapy OPD, TMH 6. Age- 18 years to 60 years 7. Sex- Males and Females 8. Patients with good sitting balance and tolerance 9. Patients able to read, write and comprehend English/Hindi/Marathi.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with secondary brain tumor 2. Patient with metastatic disease 3. Patient with psychiatric disorders 4. Patients who do not consent for study 5. Palliative care patients 6. Patients with behavioral affectations 7. Patients with severe vision impairments/blindness
