Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject whose BMI is greater than 25 and less than 40

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with fever or acute illness. Subjects who have surgical history of less than a year. Subjects engaged in any pranayama/ exercise/ sports program at present. Consumption of alcohol or nicotine.
