Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient of first and second degree internal haemorrhoid. 2) Patients having first and second degree between age group 18-60 years. 3) All cases will be fresh/new who didnâ??t receive any local treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients having Grade 3 & 4 internal haemorrhoid,thrombosed piles and Carcinoma of Rectum 2) Patients having underlying systemic diseases such as Diabetes, Malignancies, HIV, HBsAG and VDRL positive. 3) Post haemorrhoidectomy, Fissurectomy, fistulectomy patients and Pregnant women. 4) Patient recieving any other local treatment for haemorrhoids.

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in clinical symptoms-parameters such as per rectal bleeding, size of pedicle, colour of pedicle, constipation and pain after 7 days of local treatment along with 30 days of internal medicine.Timepoint: 28 days- Timeline all 50 patients enrolled will undergo follow up day 1 to day 7 daily and further weekly followup on 14th, 21st and 28th day.
