Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing general anaesthesia and requiring arterial cannulation 2. ASA status I, II or III 3. Age 18 years to 75 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patientâ??s refusal to participate 2. Hemodynamically unstable 3. Hematoma or local site infection 4. Known peripheral vascular disease or Raynaudâ??s phenomenon
