Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade II, III, IV Age > 15 yrs Either gender Thoracotomy for lung or pleural lesions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cases diagnosed with atelectasis with any haematological malignancy Post chemotherapy or Post radiotherapy or any solid organ carcinoma Post organ transplant recipients Local infection of the thoracic area History of allergic reactions to local anaesthetics, bleeding diathesis Pre-existing neurological or spinal diseases, mental retardation, neuromuscular disorders
