Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals in contemplation stage of behavioral change 2. All current tobacco users 3. Individuals willing to quit 4. Individuals with low and moderate tobacco dependence 5. Individual with history of relapses

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of a condition that precluded nicotine patch use 2. Current use of NRT and not enrolled in other tobacco cessation program 3. All former tobacco users
