Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients >18 years of age. 2) All patients with localized alopecia (

Exclusion criteria: 1) Early age of onset of alopecia areata 2) Nail changes 3) Duration > 1 year 4) Family history of Alopecia Areata 5) Patterns-ophiasis, sisaipho, reticular 6) Active infection at lesional site. 7) Associated autoimmune disease. 8) Pregnancy 9) Received any prior treatment within a month 10) Hormonal association 11) Endocrine abnormality
