Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women more than 18 years with twin pregnancy at more than or equal to 32 weeks. Vaginal delivery of first of twin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intrauterine demise of one or both foetuses before labor

Among twins undergoing vaginal delivery of the first of twin To compare the composite adverse neonatal outcome of the second twin in cephalic presentation with second of the twin in non cephalic presentationTimepoint: from the time twin pregnancy in labour till dischrge of babies and mother from hospital
