Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ·Plays at least one of the following sports: cricket (Bowler), badminton, basketball, volleyball, tennis, throwball and athletics (javelin throw, shotput) ·Collegiate population, elite or recreational athletes involved in overhead sports for at least 3 hours per week for the past 6 months. ·Students studying in universities/colleges in Udupi district.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ·Diagnosis of acute injuries in the past 3 months in upper extremity ·History of repeated shoulder subluxation or dislocation ·Any report of pain or dysfunction in upper extremity with overhead activities
