Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who have the symptoms of vali nina kazhichal Irritable bowel syndrome such as abdominal pain relieved by defecation incomplete evacuation of stools abdominal bloating altered bowel habits patients willing to give informed consent that he/ she will conciously stick to thw treatment for 48 days patient willing to give blood samples before and after treatmene

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnency and lactating mother K/C/O post infectious IBS(cmphylbacter salmonell and shigella K/C/O IBD inflammatory boel disease ulcerative colitis crohns disease K/C/O colon cancer K/C/O Lactose intolerence
