Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young dancers and non dancers with age group 8-15 years both male and female 2. Fully active in dance classes from past 3 months taking classes for 5h/week 3. having beighton score more than or equal to 5 by 9 for hypermobility

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of lower limb surgery or dislocation in past 1 year or any recent injury 2. young dancers who remain absent from class for more than a week during intervention 3. who are not willing to participate
