Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex in the age group between 18 to 50 years Patients with Adherent Scalp Flaking Score upto grade 3 i.e, thick heaped-up scales but not forming plaque Patients with positive woodâ??s lamp finding i.e. fluorescence (bluish white)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients below 18 and above 50 years of age. Patients who underwent local procedures within the past 2 weeks or during the study. Patients with history of disease such as HIV, Parkinsonâ??s disease, viral or fungal infections. Pregnant or lactating females. Patients with other concomitant skin diseases like dermatoses, psoriasis, eczema and atopic dermatitis. Patients using other topical medications including medicated shampoos/oils or antibiotics during course of trial.
