Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with classical lakshanas of Sandhigatavata will be selected irrespective of their religion, sex, occupation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with K/C/O rheumatoid arthritis (RA), gouty arthritis, psoriatic arthritis 2 Patients with H/O Secondary OA due to tuberculosis (TB), syphilis, AIDS, leprosy, etc. 3 Patients with acute trauma to the knee joint. 4 Patients with open wound and skin lesions over knee joint.
