Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1) Patients of either sex within the age group of 18 to 70 years. 2) Patients having symptoms like impaired range of movement, temporomandibular joint pain, pain on movement of mandible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1) Patientâ??s having any other conditions. 2) Patientâ??s below 18 years and above 70 years of age will not be selected. 3) Pregnant and lactating women. 4) All patients having malignant pathology

Nirgundi Tail Hanubasti is effective in Hanugraha with reference to Temporo-mandibular Joint dysfunction.Timepoint: Hanubasti will be done for 7 days. Patient will be asses on 1st-3rd-5th-7th day. Outcome will be assessed on following points Distance measured by vernier caliper between upper and lower incisor. pain at Temporo-Mandibular Joint. Crepitus on movement of Temporo-Mandibular joint.
