Inclusion criteria: 1)Anti -Ro/anti-La antibodies positive pregnant women 2)Age more than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancies occurring before diagnosis of disease

To assess Obstetric and perinatal outcomes in women with anti-Ro/anti-La positive antibodies . Neonates with Heart block, neonatal lupus at full term IUGR , Oligo amnios, doppler changes before term Medical termination of pregancy in first trimester Timepoint: First TRrimester pregnancy for fetal loss Third trimester for preterm After delivery for Neonatal outcomes
