Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea will be selected randomly 2. Age groups between 18 to 25 years shall be selected 3. Patients suffering from dysmenorrhea for more than 2 consecutive cycles 4. Married and unmarried women will be incorporated for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any space occupying lesion 2. Women with Irregular menstrual cycles 3. Secondary dysmenorrhea 4. IUCD 5. Women diagnosed with congenital anomalies of reproductive tract 5. Other medical disorders which make patient at 6. high risk like Epilepsy, Anemia, Heart disease, Diabetes, Bronchial Asthma
