Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-40 years 2. BMI 3. ASA Physical status â??Ð?Ð? 4. Term parturients undergoing elective caesarean section under subarachnoid . block. 5. Height : 140- 170cm
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Parturients refusal to participate. 2.Contraindication to spinal anaesthesia. 3.Insufficient blockade requiring supplementation of anaesthesia. 4.Any comorbidities like Pre-existing or Pregnancy induced Hypertension ,Cardiovascular or Cerebrovascular disease, Gestational Diabetes Mellitus, renal impairment, severe liver disease, hypo or hyperthyroidism. 5. Spinal anaesthesia converted to General Anaesthesia. 6. Patients on selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor. 7. Allergy to Ondansetron.
