Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were under 16 years at the time of injury. 2. Closed isolated Supracondylar humerus fracture with vascular injury having pink pulseless hand.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Child with SCHF associated vascular injury having other major fractures. 2. Associated injuries like severe head injury, BTA, BTC which alter the treatment course. 3. Children with established gangrenous changes. 4. Open SCHF. 5. Childrenâ??s presenting after 72hrs of injury. 6. SCHF with pale pulseless hand.
