Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Post operative obstetric surgical patients aging from 18-40 years of agee. 2.All the patients getting admitted to ICU due to Anemia,Severe bleeding ,Infections,high blood pressure(Ecclampsi and preecclampsia),HELLP syndrome or any other intraoperative complications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal by patients/attenders. 2.Post Cardiopulmonary resuscitated patients. 3.Malignancies,chemotherapy undergoing patients.
