Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unilateral or bilateral cleft lip or palate or both. 2. Patient fit to undergo surgical procedure under general anesthesia. 3. Age group 3 years or younger.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medically compromised patients. 2. Inadequate patient compliance. 3. Infection at cleft site. 4. Age group older than 3 years
