Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children of age group 6 months to 12 years in Chengalpattu district who come with fever > 100.4 o F and are clinically stable. Parents who give consent for participation of their child are included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children who are clinically unstable / requiring emergency management will be excluded. Children who are allergic to antipyretic drug (oral paracetamol).
