Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with hamstring tightness less than 155 degrees(based on active knee extension test)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent trauma or injury to lower limb 2. Lower limb infections 3. Subjects suffering from any neurological disorders 4. Subjects who are practicing retrowalking in their fitness regime. 5. Subjects who are daily stretching in their fitness regime.

MeasureTime frame
1. Sargent Jump testTimepoint: 3 trials will be taken, best of the 3 jump trials will be taken into consideration before starting the intervation and after 5 days of post intervention. Intervention is backward walking on treadmill for a duration of 10 mins

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Active knee extension testTimepoint: Hamstring tightness will be measured pre and post intervention (after 5 sessions of retrowalking).
