Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Mild to moderate cases of Diabetes mellitus having â?? Fasting Blood Sugar levels within range 121 to 220 mg/dl and Post Prandial Blood Sugar levels within range 181 to 280mg/dl will be included. 2.Patients with age group between 40 to 60yrs will be selected. 3.Patients on oral medication i.e. Metformin only. 4.Patients within 5yrs of Diagnosis were selected for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe form i.e patients with higher blood sugar levels of â?? Fasting more than 221 and Post Prandial more than 281mg/dl. Will be excluded 2.Patients with uncontrolled blood Sugar levels will be excluded. 3.Patients on oral medications other than Metformin. 4.Patients with other major systemic Disorders and complications of diabetes mellitus will be excluded.

As Life Style plays an important role in manifestation of the disease, modification of same in accordance with the disease condition and thereby preventing the complications of disease.Timepoint: a BSL- Fasting and Post Postprandial b. Urine Sugar will be done at Day 0,Day 40, Day 60. c. HBA1c â?? Tested on Day 0 and Day60 D. Subjective Parameters
