Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)-Patients who are fulfilling the conditions of Prediabetes according to who. (2)-HbA1c between 42-47 mmol/mol. (3)-Fasting blood sugar 100-126 mg/dl. (4)-Post prandial blood sugar 140-180 mg/dl.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients having diabetes Mellitus type 1,type 2 and other malignant disorders. Pregnant women. (2)Patients with history of critical (3)cardiovascular disease. (4)Patients with major complications and in requirement of emergency treatment.
