Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects willing to stay on a vegetarian diet for 4 weeks 2. Subjects willing to participate in the study by giving a signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Herbal medicine for acne treatment in the last 1 month 2. Topical or systemic corticosteroids in the last 1 month 3. Subjects who participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months 4. Antibiotics in the last 1 month 5. Subjects having bleeding at the spot of the acne 6. Subjects who are known cases of PCOD
