Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 – 60 2. There will not be any economic barrier/ age barrier/ gender barrier. 3. Patients with mild to moderate level of anxiety (below 14 points on GAD 7) 4. Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, High BMI, Hyperlipidemic, any other Endocrinological disorders, etc. 2. With severe cases post assessment of GAD 7 Scale (above 14) 3. Pregnant & Lactating women 4. With chronic contagious disease eg. TB or Hepatitis C
