Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Nulliparity 2.POG >= 39 weeks of gestation with no associated complication 3.POG >= 34 weeks of gestation with appropriate indication for termination of pregnancy 4.Singleton pregnancy 5.Cephalic presentation 6.Assuring fetal heart rate pattern 7.Intact membranes 8.Adequate pelvis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Mutliparity 2.Gestational age 3.Multiple pregnancies 4.H/O any uterine surgery 5.Any known hypersensitivity to misoprostol 6.Non reassuring NST 7.Ruptured membranes(PROM) & Chorioamnionitis 8.Mal-presentation 9.Patient refusal 10.Any other obstetrical, gynecological and medical contradiction to vaginal delivery
