Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed type 2 Diabetes patients >=3 months 2.Agreed to the interview

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe somatic disease 2.Diabetic patients with chronic complications involving sight, hearing or mobility 3.Mental illness 4.Decline to consent 5.Non responders to the questionnaire. 6.Uncontrolled hypertension, COPD
