Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have symptoms as per Menopause Rating Scale (MRS) Menopause Rating Scale (MRS) Score > 11

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1).Women age below 40 years and age more than 60 years 2).MRS Score 3).Womem who are K/C/O hypertension Hypothyroidism, heart disease, daibetes mallitus, etc. 4).Women having any pelvic pathology. 5).Established case of mental illness. 6).Known case of carcinoma.(Any type of malignancy)
