Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient presenting with the classical signs and symptoms of Janusandhigata Vata(OA) like Sandhishoola, Sandhisotha, Akunchana prassarne vedana etc. Patient of either sex age between 30-70yr. Patients who are yogya for Swedana.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below 30yr and above 70yr of age. 2.Patient who ayogya for Swedana Karma. 3.Patient suffering from Gout,Rhematoid Arthritis,Systemic Lupus Erythmatous,Bone TB,Psoriatic Arthritis,Effusion,Sever reduction of knee and other serious systemic disorders. 4.Patient with skin diseases on knee joints.
