Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 25-40 years teachers experience of minimum 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Back pain with trauma. Any neurological symptoms involving Prolapsed Intervertebral Disc, Radiculopathy History of RA, Ankylosing spondylitis etc. History of recent abdominal, back surgeries etc. Any contraindication for exercises. (fever, hypotension, recent fractures etc.) An inability to understand instruction Less than one year of experience Post-menopausal women
