Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Male or female subjects at least 18 years of age 2 Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhoea according to Rome IV criteria 3 Negative serum pregnancy test at screening if applicable 4 Not taking medications known to affect bowel function in one week before study 5 Willing to participate in the study by signing the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Hypersensitive to study medication 2 Concurrent severe illness Previous treatment with probiotics within last 3 months 3 Pregnant 4 Any Previous gastrointestinal surgery
