Intervention1: PUNARNAVADI KASHAYA BASTI: For anuvasan basti:varunadi ghrut 22 ml and dashmool taila 50 ml For niruha basti: punarnavadi kashay+ ashmarihara kashaya 200 ml, gomutra 50 ml, kalka 30 gms

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dribbling micturation, nocturia, increased frequency of urination, urgency, incomplete voiding, weak urine stream, intermittency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ca prostate, Urethral stricture, Bladder neck stenosis, Bladder neck hypertrophy, Neuropathy bladder dysfunction, Impaired renal function, Prostate size more than 60 gm, Active urinary tract infection, Haematuria secondary to renal and bladder stone, cystic kidney disease, sickle cell anemia, Anaemic patient with hb below 6 gm%
