Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medically fit patients. Systemically healthy patients Patients with no history of allergy to materials and drugs used or prescribed in this study. Patients diagnosed with Millers Class I and II gingival recession Willingness to provide informed consent. Willingness to comply with the OHI given.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. Patients under systemic or topical antibiotic treatments in the past 3 months. Patients taking any medications that could interact with the materials used.

MeasureTime frame
To clinically evaluate gingival recession, relative attachment level, width of the recession defect and width of keratinized gingiva after placement of amnion-chorion membrane and PRF membrane.Timepoint: At 3 months

MeasureTime frame
To compare the efficacy of amnion-chorion membrane and platelet rich fibrin membrane in combination with coronally advanced flap in the treatment of gingival recession.Timepoint: At 3 months
