Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Diagnosed cases of Juvenile diabetes. •Age group: 2 -16 years age, of either sex. •Patients having FBS > 126 mg/dl, PPBS > 200 mg/dl, HbA1c > 6.5%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Children with other infectious diseases such as TB, Immune-compromised children, HbSAg other metabolic diseases, genetic anomalies. •Children with complications of disease like Coronary artery disease, Diabetic foot, Nerve damage, Kidney damage will be excluded. •FBS more than 500 mg/dl

Change in laboratory investigations like HbA1C (BT and AT), FBS and PPBS, and reduction in dose of insulin injection per day.Timepoint: On 0 Day and after 8 weeks
