Intervention1: HABB-E-SURANJAN AND ROGHAN HAFT BARG: HABB-E-SURANJAN :4 Habb of 500 mg each will be given orally with water thrice a day for 14 days. ROGHAN HAFT BARG : 5 ml per day for local applicat

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Painful, and difficulty in shoulder movement (unilateral / bilateral). Symptoms present for more than 3 months. Clinically diagnosed cases of AC. K/C/O Diabetes Mellitus and or Hypothyroidism with AC. Patient with decreased AROM >50º in two or more planes. Painful, and difficulty in shoulder movement (unilateral / bilateral). Symptoms present for more than 3 months. Clinically diagnosed cases of AC. K/C/O Diabetes Mellitus and or Hypothyroidism with AC. Patient with decreased AROM >50º in two or more planes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and lactation. H/O Shoulder injury and surgery, use of local corticosteroid injection with in the last 3 months or current corticosteroid therapy. Shoulder symptoms due to other than AC. History of any systemic, metabolic and infectious diseases.
