Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically and Radiologically confirmed cases of HAPE

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Concomitant HACE 2) Patients with HTN, IHD, DM, COPD 3) Known allergy to Supha drugs (Acetazolamide)
