Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General population between 20-65 years of age, living in community for at least 6 months, willing to participate, give consent, and continue a yoga practice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any major illness which limits their capability to do yoga Pregnant women
