Intervention1: ‘Telenursing enabled home care guidelines’ related to management of perimenopausal problems among women.: These guidelines have been prepared by the researcher based on recommendations
A. DIETARY ADVICE Have about 100gms of fruits and 300gms of vegetable every day. Go for whole fruits rather than juices. Drink 8 glass of water every day. Include whole grains, beans and lentils dail

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Initial inclusion criteria will be - Perimenopausal women, attending, Obstetrics and Gynaecology OPD, PGIMER, Chandigarh. Women between 40 to 60 years of age. Literate / should be able to read, speak- Hindi/Punjabi/English. Women or family members having a smartphone and who can use and read instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diagnosed psychiatric illness. Women with unnatural menopause i.e. hysterectomy

Reduction in prevalence and severity of menopausal in perimenopausal women. (i.e. hot flushes, vaginal dryness, mood changes, joint problems, sleep disturbances, changes in sexual behaviour, stress, depression and irritability Enhanced confidence and level of satisfaction of women. Timepoint: Secondary outcomes will be assessed i.e. at baseline,1month,2month,3month and 4month
