Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinical features of Dushta varna(diabetic wound DMT2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients DMT1 2. Patients with gangrene, HIV, Hbsag, VDRL, HCV.

Wound will heal Assessment Criteria: - A)The patients were assessed on the basic of subjective and objective parameter before and after treatment. 1. If there is 100% improvement, it will be considered as complete healing. The results will be categorised were as below: 1. Marked Healing- 75% improvement 2. Moderate Healing-50 to 75 % improvement 3. Mild Healing 25 to 50 % improvement 4. Satisfactory Healing-25% improvement Timepoint: 4 weeks
