Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Type II Diabetes Mellitus with Altered Gait and Balance. Patient will be selected after scrutinizing for foot disorders with Gait & Balance problems on the basis of various tests as described in primary selection criteria. 2. Patients with impaired/ altered sensation at foot 3. Patients who are at risk of fall. 4. Patient willing participate and giving informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with concomitant Diabetes Mellitus foot ulcers. 2. Orthopaedic or Surgical Problems affecting Gait Variables. 3. Non-diabetic neuropathy and other co morbidities like (PVD, Varicose veins, Atherosclerosis, etc.) 4. Inability to walk a minimum of 500 m without a walking aid.

1. POMA(PERFORMANCE ORIENTED MOBILITY ASSESSMENT) 2. FES-I(FALL EFFICACY SCALE- INTERNATIONAL) 3. TUG(TIMED UP AND GO TEST)Timepoint: All outcomes measured at baseline, after 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks. Follow up will be taken after 3 months.
