Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 60 Years and above 2. Admitted in YMCH 3. Who gives ICF

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are terminally ill 2. Unable to give a sample of urine for clinical validation

.estimating that there will be 1500 geriatric admissions in 2 years. clinical validation of specific gravity, ph, leucocytes, nitrites, protein, glucose, ketone bodies, bilirubin, Urobilinogen, and blood by dipstick method as a diaper insert. 30 percent will need diapers in the hospital, a sample size of 266 was calculated.Timepoint: .estimating that there will be 1500 geriatric admissions in 2 years, and 30 percent will need diapers in the hospital, a sample size of 266 was calculated.—
