Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Patients scheduled for cardiothoracic surgery and requiring central venous catheter insertion Patients having ASA Grade II and III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with altered coagulation profile/neck burn contracture/cervical spine injury/superior vena cava syndrome/neck swelling
